TEQM
The Practice

TEQM
Leadership Practice.

The TEQM Leadership Practice works with the deeper conditions that shape how people perceive, decide, relate, lead, and respond under complexity. Through a proprietary developmental model, we offer assessments, executive coaching, developmental pathways, and organisational interventions designed to make human development visible, actionable, and sustainable.

Our work operates at the level from which behaviour, leadership, judgment, and performance naturally emerge, allowing meaningful change to take root with greater coherence and stability.

Executive Coaching

We offer a small number of deeply personalised coaching engagements at any time, designed for mid and senior career professionals ready for serious developmental work.

Each engagement is held by two coaches, a structure that is rare in executive coaching and central to the depth of the work.

Dakshaka, whose work sits at the intersection of developmental science and inner inquiry, and Kedar Lele, who brings the perspective of two decades leading large, complex organisations, offer distinct yet deeply complementary orientations to development and leadership.

Together, the engagement holds both the inner architecture of development and the lived realities of organisational leadership, allowing the work to remain both deeply reflective and practically grounded.

If you are navigating a significant transition, carrying questions your current success no longer resolves, or sensing the need for a more foundational shift in how you lead, decide, or relate, write to Dakshaka.

Share where you are in your career, the transition or challenge you are navigating, and what you hope to explore through the engagement.

The Work

What we offer.

Our engagements span a growing range of developmental contexts, from early-career development and leadership assessment to executive coaching, workshops, and organisational development. Each engagement is grounded in TEQM's developmental architecture and shaped around the specific context, challenges, and developmental readiness of the individuals and organisations it serves.

If TEQM connects with your work or interests, whether as a practitioner, academic, researcher, corporate leader, or curious professional, we would welcome the conversation.
