Through its research into early-career effectiveness, TEQM has identified seven qualities that consistently shape how individuals adapt, perform, and grow during the early years of professional life. Together, they form the developmental foundation of early-career success.

Together, they span the range of capacities professional life demands in its early years. Attunement and Presence shape how you read situations and relate to people. Clarity and Curiosity influence how you think, learn, and navigate complexity. Humility keeps you open to feedback and growth. Diligence supports consistency and reliability. Responsibility anchors everything, turning capability into trusted contribution.

The experience unfolds across three components.

A scenario-based assessment observes how these qualities currently express across realistic workplace situations.

A detailed developmental report interprets your results in context, identifies the qualities that need attention, and provides focused practices to support further growth.

A live online workshop helps translate these insights into a grounded and actionable developmental direction for your early professional journey.

1Online Assessment

The assessment is completed online and becomes available immediately upon enrolment.

It consists of 20 to 25 workplace scenarios reflecting situations commonly encountered in the early years of professional life. Rather than testing knowledge or personality, the assessment observes patterns in how you naturally interpret and respond to situations, and how the seven qualities shaping early-career success currently express through those responses.

The assessment typically takes 20 to 25 minutes to complete, with no time limit. Below is an example of the kind of situation you will encounter:

2Your Developmental Report

Your report becomes available as soon as you complete the assessment. Organised as a progression from orientation, to insight, to practical development, the report helps you understand where your qualities currently stand and how to work with them constructively. Two sections form the core of the experience.

Your Results Snapshot

The Results Snapshot provides a visual map of your current developmental state across the seven qualities assessed, viewed against the developmental level your current context requires.

Your Developmental Priorities

For each quality where your current developmental state falls below what your context requires, the report provides a detailed and practical developmental interpretation. The intention is not merely to describe your current patterns, but to support meaningful and sustainable developmental movement.

3The Online Workshop

The workshop is a 2-hour live online session facilitated by Dakshaka, designed to help participants deepen their understanding of the seven qualities shaping early-career success and interpret their individual report with greater clarity and depth. Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical interpretation, participants translate these insights into a focused and actionable developmental direction.

By the end of the session, participants leave with a clearer understanding of their developmental priorities, the qualities that most need attention, and how to begin working with them more deliberately in their professional lives.
