4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Individual assessment data is strictly personal and is never disclosed to your employer or enrolling organisation in an identifiable form. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Cohort Reports for Organisations
When an organisation engages TEQM to assess a group of participants, we may provide that organisation with aggregated, anonymised cohort-level insights (e.g., team-level behavioural themes). These reports contain no individual-level data and cannot be used to identify any specific participant.
Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. They may access only the data necessary to perform their specific function and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Identity and authentication management |
| Supabase | Secure cloud database and file storage |
| Vercel | Application hosting and global delivery |
| PostHog | Product analytics and usage tracking |
Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority (e.g., a court or government agency), or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Business Transfers
If TEQM undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session management, and security — the Service cannot function without these |
| Functional | Remember your preferences such as sidebar state and display settings |
| Analytics | Anonymised, first-party data to understand Service usage and guide improvements |
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Role-based access controls — only authorised personnel can access personal data
- Secure, SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure
- Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
- Regular security assessments and dependency audits
No system is completely immune to breaches. In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account data | Lifetime of your account; deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request |
| Assessment responses & reports | Duration of your enrolment and thereafter as specified at enrolment |
| Anonymised & aggregated data | Retained indefinitely for research and benchmarking — cannot be linked back to you |
| Security logs | Up to 12 months for fraud prevention and audit purposes |
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
| Right | What It Means |

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@teqm.in. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Our service providers maintain appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent frameworks) for any transfers outside your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred in this way.
11. Changes to This Policy
