TEQM Leadership Practice LLP (“TEQM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the TEQM behavioural assessment platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it. Please read this policy carefully before using the Service.

Information From Third Parties

If you are enrolled by an organisation, we may receive your name and email address from that organisation's administrator to create your account.

We process your data only for the purposes stated above and on the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and consent — as appropriate for each processing activity.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Individual assessment data is strictly personal and is never disclosed to your employer or enrolling organisation in an identifiable form. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Cohort Reports for Organisations

When an organisation engages TEQM to assess a group of participants, we may provide that organisation with aggregated, anonymised cohort-level insights (e.g., team-level behavioural themes). These reports contain no individual-level data and cannot be used to identify any specific participant.

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. They may access only the data necessary to perform their specific function and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority (e.g., a court or government agency), or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.

Business Transfers

If TEQM undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Role-based access controls — only authorised personnel can access personal data
  • Secure, SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure
  • Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
  • Regular security assessments and dependency audits

No system is completely immune to breaches. In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Our service providers maintain appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent frameworks) for any transfers outside your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred in this way.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
