Last Updated: 20 May 2026 · Effective: 20 May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TEQM behavioural assessment platform (“Service”) operated by TEQM Leadership Practice LLP (“TEQM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
The Service is intended for professional use by individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Access is granted either directly or through an organisation that has engaged TEQM on your behalf. In either case, these Terms apply to you individually.

| Administration tools | Account, enrolment, and user management for administrators |
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to the Service requires an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where warranted, suspend or terminate access without prior notice.
5. Assessment Results and Intended Use
TEQM assessment results are designed to support self-awareness, development conversations, and leadership growth. They are not clinical assessments, diagnostic tools, or psychological evaluations.
Results must not be used as the sole or primary basis for employment decisions, including hiring, promotion, performance management, or dismissal. Any use of results in an organisational context must be accompanied by appropriate professional interpretation and should form only one input among many in any decision-making process.
TEQM is not liable for decisions made by individuals or organisations based on assessment results.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
- Your individual assessment data is strictly personal and is never shared with your employer or enrolling organisation in an identifiable form.
- Organisations may receive aggregated, anonymised cohort-level insights only.
- By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and materials made available through the Service — including but not limited to assessment instruments, scoring algorithms, report templates, software, design, and documentation — are the exclusive intellectual property of TEQM Leadership Practice LLP or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose during the term of your access. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your personal assessment data and reports remain yours. By submitting data to the Service, you grant TEQM a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality
Certain information you access through the Service — including assessment questions, methodologies, and other participants' data — is confidential. You agree to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent
- Use confidential information only for the purpose for which it was provided
- Notify us promptly if you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised disclosure
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEQM Leadership Practice LLP and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business
- Damages arising from your reliance on assessment results for employment or other high-stakes decisions
- Interruption or unavailability of the Service beyond our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (or on your behalf) for access to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and request removal of your personal data, contact us at support@teqm.in.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service, or where required by law. Where practicable, we will notify you of the reason.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or our business practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
